How do I know a power bank is compatible with my phone?

Power banks are generally universal and designed to work with most mobile phones and tablets. Any device that can be charged via a standard USB cable will work with our power banks.

What are the LED lights on my power bank for?

These are charge indicators and show the remaining battery capacity of your power bank. All of our power banks have 4 LED lights that indicate the following: 1 LED illuminated - 25% charge remaining 2 LEDs illuminated - 50% charge remaining 3 LEDs illuminated - 75% charge remaining 4 LEDs illuminated - 100% chargeremaining The LED lights will also flash when charging or discharging the power bank.

Can I charge my power bank from any USB port?

Yes - generally all USB ports found on computers, USB hubs, wall chargers and in cars output 5V and can be used to charge our power banks. However, they won't all charge the power bank at the same speed. Ubio power banks can accept a 2A input current so they can be charged faster when using our wall chargers. If you charge the power bank from a wall charger or other USB port that outputs less than 2A current you will experience slower charge sppeds.

All of our wall chargers use 110/240V switching power supplies and can be used abroad. You may need a seperate wall adapters depending on where you are travelling, but our chargers can handle the different input voltages.
